Previewing a Waiver Form

Previewing a template shows you the waiver as a PDF, exactly as your clients will read it, without starting a submission. It's a quick way to check your waiver flow after creating or editing a template.

In short: Waiver Forms → tap the eye icon at the top right of the template card → page through the PDF Preview → tap the back arrow when you're done.

How to preview a template

  1. Tap the round Waiverly button in the middle of the tab bar to open Waiver Forms (or open the menu ☰ and tap Waiver Forms).
  2. Tap the eye icon at the top right of the template card, next to the three-dot icon (⋯).

Screen needed: Waiver Forms screen, phone layout, with at least one template card (example: "Fitness Waiver", Fitness chip). Show: the eye icon at the top right of the card, beside the three-dot icon.

  1. The PDF Preview opens with the template's category and the page count (for example Page 1 of 9). Use the arrows to change pages, or the full-screen button to read a page more comfortably.
  2. Tap the back arrow to return to Waiver Forms.

What you'll see

The preview shows the template as it's currently saved: your business details from your profile, the waiver text and clauses, and the client fields left blank.

Screen needed: PDF Preview screen, phone layout, for the "Fitness Waiver" template, on page 1 with the Fitness chip and "Page 1 of 9". Show: the page arrows and the full-screen button.

Your clients see this too. When a client opens a waiver, on your device or through a form link, this PDF preview is the first thing they see. They tap Proceed to start filling it in.
